Terms & Conditions

All centerpieces are designed and handcrafted to the client's specifications, ensuring a unique and personalized touch for their home and/or event.
If the client cancels the order after work has commenced, they may be responsible for paying a portion of the remaining balance to cover costs already incurred.
Centerpieces are handcrafted and custom-made, so returns and exchanges are not accepted.
In the unlikely event of a defect, the client must notify the designer within 3 days of delivery, and the designer will assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action.
The designer retains the copyright for the design of the centerpieces.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the designer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client's use of the centerpieces.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Florida.
